I like asking, "What can I learn from this experience?" This question helps me reflect on challenges and successes, fostering continuous improvement and a mindset of growth and learning.
We should pay more attention to encouraging a growth mindset, especially in STEM fields. Many young women still do not realize their potential in these areas, and by inspiring them to explore their interests, we can tap into a vast pool of untapped talent, addressing the shortage of skilled workers in IT and other technical fields.
Our primary responsibility is to support and empower their team. By fostering a positive and motivating work environment, leaders can drive their team to achieve remarkable results and ensure that each member feels valued and inspired. Also, they need to understand that their personal health and wellbeing has a massive impact on the team, so they should prioritize their (mental) health.
I wish I had known the importance of resilience and persistence in the face of challenges. Ten years ago, I didn't fully appreciate how crucial it would be to keep pushing forward despite setbacks, which would have prepared me better for the entrepreneurial journey.

When I was 16 (way before the internet) I founded a travel-partner agency to connect people from different backgrounds seeking travel companions. After a year, I had to close the agency due to a lack of customers and the confusion some callers had regarding the nature of the “service.” Despite this setback, I gained invaluable insights into sales, communication and people’s needs, solidifying my desire to run a business that helps people.
